Request account deletion
If you have a Jyomee partner or retailer account, you may request deletion of your account and access to the platform.
This page satisfies app store requirements for a web-based account deletion request path.
Who can request
Account holders with an active login (retailers, distributors, partners, or other authorised users) may submit a deletion request.
If you are a customer of a local shop, contact that shop directly — this request applies to platform user accounts only.
How to submit a request
Send an email to ad4287704@gmail.com with the subject line "Account deletion request".
Include your registered mobile number, email address, user ID (if known), and a brief reason for the request.
We may contact you to verify identity before processing.
What happens after approval
Your login will be disabled and you will no longer be able to access the portal or mobile app.
Personal profile data will be deleted or anonymised where permitted by law.
Transaction history, wallet records, commission records, and KYC documents may be retained as required by payment regulations, tax law, and fraud prevention.
Processing time
We aim to process verified requests within 7–15 business days. Complex cases involving open disputes or non-zero wallet balances may take longer.
Settle or withdraw remaining wallet balance before requesting deletion where possible.
