Rules for using Jyomee services and partner portal.
Agreement
By accessing Jyomee at joymee.online, creating an account, or using our portal or mobile application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Services may be provided through the Vizo Digital technology platform under the Jyomee brand.

Who may use the services
Services are for authorised business users such as retailers, distributors, and partners who complete onboarding and KYC as required.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Nature of services
Jyomee is a technology and agent-services platform. We are not a bank, and wallet balances are not bank deposits unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
Recharge, bill payment, money transfer, AePS, PAN, and financial product services are subject to partner availability, network rules, and successful completion with third-party providers.
Wallet and payments
You must maintain sufficient wallet balance for services that require prepayment. Failed or reversed transactions may be credited or debited according to provider status and platform rules.
Top-ups, fund requests, and settlements are subject to approval workflows and applicable limits.
Commission and earnings are calculated according to rates configured for your role and may change with notice where permitted.
Acceptable use
You must not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, unauthorised access, or any illegal activity.
You must not attempt to bypass security, interfere with other users, or misuse customer KYC or biometric data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Jyomee and Vizo Digital are not liable for indirect losses, provider outages, or delays outside reasonable control.
Your remedy for service issues is generally correction of failed transactions or wallet adjustments according to platform policy and provider rules.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
